Metarials: Bamboo shoots, meat,chili, pepper, ginger dice, garlic dice, starch, salt, soy sauce.
Process:

Scald the bamboo shoots;
Cut all metarials into strips
Stew the meat then out the pan
Stir-fry all things with condiments
